Dear Van, thanks for all the worfendul things you are doing, however, I can't help thinking that a different message needs to go to the public, a message of hope and solutions rather then suffering and victimization. Our country is not broke and it would not take that much for our government to solve many of our problems. The politicians are not addressing the causes at all and they don't care. We have to let them know that we know and that we have the answers. The wars have put us in debt, the tax structure needs to be simplified, we need to get the corporations out of politics and insist that they prosecute the greedy investment bankers. That's just for starters, but those things alone will give us a leg up. Without spending money on the industrial military complex we could provide health care, reform education, rebuild the infrastructure, feed the hungry, help the people restructure mortgages, restore the planet and find new and sustainable energy. We have to demand those things of our legislators and others in government. All people need to wake up to new possibilities and start to think differently within themselves. We Americans have the strength and courage. Most of the people, however, just need the guidance and the answers to inspire and lead them. We do not have to be victims of our crazy government.
