184-stránková barevná povídková antologie, na které se sešli tvůrci ze čtrnácti různých zemí světa – včetně České republiky! Ano, je to poprvé, kdy čeští autoři píšou a kreslí Batmana – snad tu nejslavnější a nejpopulárnější z komiksových postav.
A jména jsou vážně velká. Vedle Briana Azzarella a Leea Bermeja (Batman: Zatracení, Joker), je to třeba Nicola Mari (Dylan Dog), Piotr Kowalski (Zaklínač: Prokletí vran), Jae-Kwang Park (Conan z Cimmerie: Lidé černého kruhu), Tomasz Kolodziejczak (Solární dominium), Mathieu Gabella (Jednorožec) a spousty dalších. A vedle nich se zapojí i Michal Suchánek a Štěpán Kopřiva!
Samozřejmě, oslovit tvůrce z celého světa by nemělo takový dosah, kdyby se museli vejít do nějaké malé škatulky. Proto v těchto příbězích vyráží Batman do světa, aby se střetl se zlem v domovských zemích autorů. Ať už v současnosti, nebo v minulosti. Štěpán Kopřiva kupříkladu zasadil příběh ještě do komunistické éry a postavil ho na skutečných postavách a na koketování komunistů s mystikou. Magie mezi paneláky – a Temný rytíř v rudé Praze.
